Minimum stay 3 nights, commencing on a Saturday from 1st January – 30th April and then again from 1st October – 31st December. (This excludes the school holiday weeks)

Short breaks outside School holidays and in Low season are calculated as follows:
The cost of a Three night break is 70% of the weekly tariff.
The cost of a Four night break is 80% of the weekly tariff.
The cost of a Five night break is 90% of the weekly tariff.
Terms and Conditions
- A Deposit of 30% per week (non refundable) payable on booking.
- Balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.
- The full cost of the holiday is non refundable if cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival.
- Guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation.
- A number of golf buggies are available for hire at £40 per week or £6 per day for travel to/from the lakes.
- Cots and high chairs available free of charge.
- Gas (for heating and hot water) is metered and charged at the end of your stay based on usage.
- Dogs are welcome at a charge of £30 per dog per week, or £20 up to four days for short breaks.
- Payment by Debit or Credit Card accepted.
